Terms of Use
The rules governing access to and use of Fundy.

Acceptance
By accessing Fundy, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement.
Service
Fundy is an AI-assisted interface for viewing and interacting with supported financial account information. Features may be experimental, incomplete, changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time. Availability is not guaranteed.
Your accounts
You are responsible for your Discord, Robinhood, and Fundy access, the accuracy of information you provide, and activity performed through your session. You must promptly report suspected unauthorized access and comply with the terms of connected services.
Not financial advice
Fundy provides software-generated information, not personalized investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice. Outputs may be inaccurate, delayed, or incomplete. You are solely responsible for reviewing information and making investment decisions.
Prohibited conduct
You may not misuse the service, bypass security or confirmation controls, access another person’s account, introduce malicious code, overload or reverse engineer protected portions of the service, use Fundy unlawfully, or represent automated output as guaranteed or professionally approved.
Third-party services
Discord, Robinhood, hosting providers, and AI providers are independent third parties with their own terms and policies. We do not control or guarantee their services, data, availability, or decisions.
Intellectual property
Fundy, its software, design, branding, and original content are owned by The Hidden Algo or its licensors. These Terms grant only a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service as provided.
Disclaimers
Fundy is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, or investment results, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Hidden Algo and its contributors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or trading losses, lost profits, lost data, or losses caused by reliance on Fundy or third-party services.
Termination and changes
We may restrict or terminate access for security, misuse, legal, or operational reasons. We may update these Terms by posting a revised effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
