Privacy Policy
How Fundy collects, uses, protects, and deletes information.

Information we collect
We collect account information provided through Discord sign-in, including your Discord user ID, username, display name, avatar, and email when Discord makes it available. We also process connection status, masked brokerage account labels, commands you submit, tool names and statuses, and security and diagnostic records needed to operate Fundy.
Robinhood information
When you connect Robinhood, authorization occurs through Robinhood. Fundy does not receive your Robinhood password. OAuth access and refresh tokens are encrypted at rest and used only to provide requested Fundy features. Brokerage data may include balances, holdings, positions, quotes, and related account information returned by Robinhood tools.
How we use information
We use information to authenticate you, provide portfolio and AI command features, maintain account security, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, and improve the service. We do not sell personal information or brokerage data.
AI processing
Commands and the minimum context needed to answer them may be sent to our configured AI inference provider. We limit transmitted information where practical and do not intentionally send OAuth tokens, passwords, or full account numbers to the AI model.
Sharing
Information is shared only with service providers required to operate Fundy, such as hosting, database, authentication, AI inference, and brokerage connectivity providers; when you direct us to share it; or when required by law or necessary to protect rights and safety.
Retention and deletion
We retain information only as long as reasonably needed to operate, secure, and meet legal obligations for the service. Disconnecting Robinhood deletes stored brokerage OAuth tokens. You may request deletion of your Fundy account and associated personal information through The Hidden Algo’s official support channel.
Security
Fundy uses encryption for stored brokerage tokens, access controls, secure session cookies, request forgery protections, rate limits, and security logging. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may decline to connect Robinhood, disconnect it at any time, log out, or request access, correction, or deletion where applicable. Browser and platform settings may provide additional controls.
Children
Fundy is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
